1. What is Sumatriptan Aurobindo Italia and what it is used for
Sumatriptan Aurobindo Italia belongs to a group of medicines called triptans ( also known as
5HT receptor agonists).
Sumatriptan Aurobindo Italia is used to treat migraine attacks.
The symptoms of a migraine can be caused by a temporary dilation of the blood vessels in the
head.
It is believed that Sumatriptan Aurobindo Italia works by reducing the dilation of these blood vessels.
This, in turn, helps to make the headache go away and to relieve the symptoms of a migraine attack, such as feeling sick or unwell (nausea or vomiting) and sensitivity to light or
noise.
