Other medicines and Sincrover
An interaction means the influence that medicines or substances can have on the way in
which each of them works or on the undesirable effects when they are taken
simultaneously.
So far, no interactions between betahistine and other drugs have been observed.
It is possible that betahistine may affect the effect of antihistamines. Antihistamines are medicines
used in particular for the treatment of allergies such as hay fever and for travel sickness. If
you are taking antihistamines (anti-allergy drugs) at the same time, consult your doctor or
pharmacist.
Caution is advised in case of concomitant use of betahistine and MAO inhibitors. MAO inhibitors are
drugs that are used in particular for the treatment of depression.
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking or have recently taken any other
medicines, including those without a prescription.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
It is not known whether the use of Sincrover during pregnancy is safe. For this reason, you should not
use this medicine during pregnancy unless it is strictly necessary.
It is not known whether betahistine is excreted in breast milk. It is therefore appropriate to discuss with
your doctor about breastfeeding. The doctor can help decide what is best for you and
your baby after assessing the benefits and risks associated with this medicine.
Ask your doctor or pharmacist before taking this or any other medicine.
Driving and operating machinery
It is unlikely that Sincrover will affect your ability to drive and operate machinery.
However, it is important to remember that the conditions that have led to treatment with betahistine
(dizziness, tinnitus and hearing loss associated with Meniere's syndrome) may cause you a
sense of dizziness or malaise and may affect your ability to drive or operate
machinery.
Sincrover contains lactose monohydrate
If your doctor has diagnosed you with intolerance to certain sugars, contact him before taking
this medicinal product.

coordination. Taking higher doses of betaistine can cause more serious symptoms such as
convulsions, heart or lung problems and epileptic seizures.

for the forgotten tablet.
If you have any doubts about the use of Sincrover, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
